To ensure your meters are properly linked and ready to use upon delivery, all customers are required to create their WebApp account after placing an order and before the order ships out.
Why This Is Important
Creating your WebApp account allows our team to:
- Link your purchased meters to your account
- Prepare your devices for activation
- Help ensure a smoother setup experience once your order arrives
Orders may be delayed if an account has not yet been created.
How to Create Your WebApp Account
- Visit the WebApp registration page: SimpleSub Water WebApp
- Create an account using:
- Email Address
- Password
- Complete the registration process.
- Once your account is created, our team will link your meters to the account associated with your order.
Important Reminders
- Please use the same email address used when placing your order whenever possible.
- Make sure your account is created before your order ships.
- If you already have an existing WebApp account, there is no need to create another one. Simply add the new units to your account by logging into the WebApp.
Note: For x2 devices we still need pipe/size details before shipment.
