Tenant Missing Email
If a tenant does not have an email address on file, their invoice will not be sent.
Solution:
- Add the tenant’s email address before sending invoices
- If invoices have already been sent, update the tenant’s email and resend the invoice to that tenant
Meter Not Reporting
If a meter did not report any data at any point during the billing cycle, usage may be missing from the usage report.
