Z1 Flow Meter Installation Guide

Installation Steps

1. Check the label on your SimpleSUB

2. Feed zip ties through portals on the bottom of SimpleSUB

3. Clean any debris or buildup from your pipe

4. Place SimpleSUB with flow direction and affix zip ties to the pipe and tighten by hand. Then, use the included tensioning tool to tighten further on the pipe

5. Activate the meter by pressing and holding the Play button, and confirm 2 Green LED lights 

Meter Indicators

• The LED may appear red or green
• The meter uses LED lights for status indication
• The meter does include a Water Detection LED and a Connectivity LED, as shown in the device diagram above. These LEDs indicate water detection and connection status on the meter. However, the meter does not display troubleshooting symbols such as water-droplet icons or multiple-droplet icons as physical symbols on the device.

6. Confirm the status of installed SimpleSUBs on the web app
